I just request withdrawals again in paypal using my eon debit card of union bank. But then I realize that my unioncard will going to expire this august. I'm hoping that even if my debitcard will expires I can still receive the funds and the amount that I receive they can just charge the 350 pesos or about 8 dollars annual renewal fee. I really don't notice that its already last week of july. But still I'm hoping that I can get the whole amount in my eoncard but if not then I guess I will just going to charge this in my experience.

Dispute filing is the risk that you need to take if you want to exchange your PP to LR. That's why its best that you do exchange to person or site that you trust. Because this is the only way we can exchange with some how some hope that we not going to get scammed. So always exchange to the person or site that is known and popular in your country.

That's why I only accept exchange if its local account. I don't like to exchange foreign who want to exchange with me as I really got scammed many times by foreigner but none so far in my own country. Exchanging funds is really frustrating sometimes because if you get caught by paypal you will be in bad light. If you get scammed then you are in bad mood.

shosce conducted
In term of exchange its not egopay that is very slow but the exchanger site that you exchange with. So before you exchange I suggest that you find ways to check if that exchanger site is good or not. Because its very important that we have a trusted exchanger even if we wait than a fast exchanger than can turn to scammer.

I tried it and that is true. But anyway they say smart money does not have yearly or annual fee. In fact you only need to pay the cost of the card if you open smartmoney card. But I don't know the mechanics if you going to use smartmoney if theirs a bank fee or not. And right now I'm using eoncard of uninobank and so far so good.

I'm just wondering. In for months now I receive an email from paypal that informing me that I have funds in my account. I'm just wondering why they do this. Before or for the last four years more or less that I have my paypal I don't receive any email saying that I have still founds in my account. Does it mean paypal want me to use my account? Does it mean paypal want me to login each month?

Paypal is doing this type of marketing recently so those who have funds in their accounts get these messages in order to encourage them to buy things online and those who have no funds, to encourage them depositing money to their accounts.
