    Paypal allows to accounts personal and business. So I guess if you have personal account or business account you don't need to down grade or upgrade your account as you can maintain both account without violating any rules.

    Right now I'm wondering if your country can send and receive funds via personal then others. So far the only country that I know that can't send and receive fund via personal and others is India. Any other countries? thanks.

    does india have any problems regarding payment processor called Paypal but I do not know why paypal did it to india, so paypal is rarely in use. and I have a balance of less than 1 dollar here, because I rarely use paypal
