Those questions come from the misconception of the true possibilities that the modern financial markets provide.
Our financial team is focused on the use of sophisticated financial instruments, available generally only to the more advanced investment firms and banks. We focus on instruments called derivatives and we employ the power of leverage to multiply our gains which make possible for us to deliver the returns offered in our investment plans.
Derivatives are financial contracts designed to create pure price exposure to an underlying commodity, asset, rate, index or event. In general they do not involve the exchange or transfer of principal or title. Rather their purpose is to capture, in the form of price changes, some underlying price change or event. The term derivative refers to how the price of these contracts is derived from the price of some underlying security or commodity or from some index, interest rate or exchange rate. Examples of derivatives include futures, forwards, options and swaps, and these can be combined with each other or traditional securities and loans in order to create hybrid instruments.
But that is just part of the arsenal we use, the most important factor that really make the very high-yields possible is leverage or gearing as is called in some European countries.
The power of leverage:
Most amateur traders (buy and hold traders, etc.) trade using cash, meaning that if they want to buy $10,000 worth of stock, they must have $10,000 in cash in their trading account. Professional traders trade using leverage, meaning that if they want to buy $10,000 worth of stock, they only need $3,000 (approximately) in cash in their trading account (i.e. they only need a small percentage of the amount that they want to trade).
Trading using leverage is trading on credit, by depositing a small amount of cash, and then borrowing a larger amount of cash. For example, a trade on the EUR futures market has a contract value of $125,000 (i.e. the minimum amount that can be traded is $125,000), but using leverage, the same trade can be made with only $6,000 (approximately) in cash. Leverage is related to margin, in that margin is the minimum amount of cash that you must have in order to be allowed to trade using leverage. In the above example, the $6,000 is the margin requirement that is set by the exchange for the EUR futures market, and the remaining $119,000 ($125,000 - $6,000) is the leveraged amount.
Leverage can sometimes reach 500:1, meaning you can trade $5,000,000.00 using a margin of just $ 10,000.00. If the trade generates a modest 5% profit (and that’s being conservative) it means a profit of $250,000.00. Since our margin (capital invested) was only $10,000.00 that means a profit of 2500% over our original investment of $10,000.00 in just one trade.
On practice however we employ leverage ratios around 100:1 spitted in various instruments with profit margins that range from 1% to sometimes 30%. To neutralize potential losses we employ the use of sophisticated hedge instruments like swaps and CDOs. The end result is similar to the above example and that is how we can sustain the rates we deliver in our plans without the need for any fees.
For daily cash-flow operations we use overnight trades to generate the necessary liquidity. And since we are able to generate large profits with our trades, even after we pay all our investors, there’s substantial profit to pay for our operations and allow our business to grow and expand.
